Two Giants Team For 40th-Year Stage Appearance in Vegas

April 29, 2006 By News Droid Leave a Comment

One of the most beloved superstars of STAR TREK, LEONARD NIMOY, has graciously accepted an invitation from Creation Entertainment to appear at the organization’s Official STAR TREK Convention on August 17-20, 2006 at the fabulous Las Vegas Hilton.

For over 50 incredible years Leonard has shared his immense talent with the public and he has become an entertainment legend in the process.

This Las Vegas Convention, held on the 40th Anniversary year of Star Trek, just did not feel complete without Leonard being apart of it and fans are absolutely thrilled that he will be joining the event, even if it is one day only on Saturday, August 19!

Leonard will appear on stage with his great friend, “the man” and true legend of STAR TREK known as William Shatner, and he will also have solo time on stage to reminisce about the 40th and the character of Mr Spock. Additionally, Leonard will present a one-man show called “SEE WHAT I SEE.”

“SEE WHAT I SEE” is a ‘fascinating’ journey through Leonard Nimoy’s experiences in photography. The work ranges from still life to landscape to self portraiture and human figure. From the spiritual to the everyday, Leonard will lead the audience through the process
of his self-discovery in the photos he has produced over the span of a lifetime. Now in permanent collections in museums from coast to coast, his images reveal the man behind the makeup.

“SEE WHAT I SEE” is a separate ticketed presentation held Saturday late afternoon and is not included in any pre-existing ticket packages. Reserved and general admission tickets for this show are available now. AUTOGRAPH TICKETS & PHOTO OP TICKETS with Mr. Nimoy are also on sale by CLICKING HERE.
