Bill Gates’ Microsoft and FOX have gotten into bed, well the corporate one anyway, and along with the production company 4Kids have created a vidgame – TV endeavor called “Viva Pinata.”

The new combo vid/TV show will begin airing 26 episodes this fall on FOX’s Saturday morning lineup. This innovatative concept will allow viewers, through their Xbox 360-TV interface to play and be creative with characters they not only manipulate, but create themselves.

If you are not familiar with 4Kids think “Pokemon” and the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” then you will begin to understand why this combining of TV and interactive entertainment will more than likely go through the roof with kids everywhere. So parents, if you haven’t shelled out the bucks for an Xbox 360 yet, better start saving up, September is only 6 months away.
