According to the online business Zine SCI is in talks with Paramount Pictures for a third Lara Croft flick. SCI is the computer game company that owns the Lara Croft and Tomb Raider franchise.
Paramount is said to be seriously considering the offer from SCI because the other two Croft features have grossed over $450 million at the box office. The same sources that related Paramount’s interest in a Part 3 also claims that Angelina Jolie, who has played Croft in the first two films, is said to be open to playing the character again.
The video games and the movies have helped each other both become very successful enterprises.
