Production on The Wolverine has been pushed back from this fall to next spring and may be pushed back again. Producer Lauren Shuler Doner says that start of the film may be pushed back until next summer, due to the schedule of lead actor Hugh Jackman.
“I’m not sure when we’ll start. Maybe summer 2012 we’ll start shooting. It’s based on Hugh’s schedule, frankly. When he’s available, we’ll film. …He’s doing ‘Les Miserables’, and then he has to come and train for us. So it’s all dependent on him,” she tells Hitfix.
The first one was such a disappointment, why bother with a second one?
First one was so good they better make another one. Hopefully they take pieces of the X-men world and make their own story again.
