The guest list for season four of “Chuck” just keeps growing.
In addition to the pivotal role of Chuck’s mom being played by Linda Hamilton, you can add actor Harry Dean Stanton to the list.
EW’s Michael Ausiello reports that Stanton will have a recurring role, beginning int he season premiere.
“Harry will play Harry Dean, the man who comes between Chuck and his search for his Mom,” explained producer Chris Fedak. “Who is he exactly? Well, we’ll say this. Only Harry Dean Stanton could play this part.”
Fedak also revealed that guest star Dolph Lungdren would play a character named Marco.
The producer teased: “Is he Russian? Yes. Is he a terrifying bad guy? Yes.”
Stanton….one helluva prize for Chuck. Kudos.
