“Saw 7” Will Happen

“Saw 7” Will Happen

November 13, 2009 By Mike Hickerson 11 Comments

saw6Despite the fact that it didn’t top the box office with its sixth installment, the latest version of “Saw” turned a profit for Lionsgate Studios. And we all know what that means–we’ll get more “Saw” next Halloween.

The Hollywood Reporter indicates that Lionsgate wants a new installment to hit theaters for late October next year.

Lionsgate could make the next installment in 3-D as well.

“As long as we make money on it we’ll keep doing this,” he said, pointing out that such franchises tend to have a long shelf life across different platforms.

Same here. Aren’t Saws 2-6 just Saw with different victims?

I saw the first SAW on cable… I don’t care for these movies anyway, so that one cured me of ever seeing another.

Can’t they come up with something better, like Jason XI? Never mind.

I was hoping that Saw 6 was the last in the series. I don’t mind that they are coming out with more movies but now i am forced to wait a whole nother year to wait for another one. Which is torcher because now there will just be moer questions put into the series and hopfully itll answer a couple more questions that i still had. The whole 3D thing should be pretty good I wouldn’t mind thick red blood splashed all over my 3D Glasses. Infact a 4D movie would be even better haha.

Mitch: Well done you, you know how to comment without any notion of the subject matter.

Andrew: Like Mitch try watching the films before you comment.

Kurt: What’s your point film makers shouldn’t make films if they make money from them? If only someone had told George Lucas that.

Bill: Some times torture porn can just be a bit of fun E.g. Hostel
