Fillion Knows Title for “Doctor Horrible” Sequel

November 3, 2009 By Mike Hickerson 6 Comments

Actor Nathan Fillion says that he’s heard the title for the upcoming “Doctor Horrible’s Sing Along Blog” sequel…but he’s not telling.

Fillion tells MTV News that he’s seen a script for the sequel as well as the score for several musical numbers.  He says that everything is coming together for the sequel to the award-winning first installment except figuring out in which type of media the sequel will debut.

“There are plans,” Fillion told MTV News. “The media for the sequel has not yet been decided, but there is a title.”

“Joss, I was talking to him right before we won the Emmy,” said Fillion. “He said that he’s finished writing a song or two. He told me a couple of verses to the song.”

“It’s going to be great,” he said. “I know a bunch of cast members of Dr. Horrible who would love to get back into it.”

I can’t wait for a sequel. I’ll buy it to support Joss and the independent movie-ment.
