“Pushing Daisies” Final Episodes Coming to DVD

April 2, 2009 By Mike Hickerson 3 Comments

Fans of Bryan Fuller’s “Pushing Daisies” will want to circle Tuesday, July 21st on their calendars. That’s the scheduled release date for the second (and final) season of the series on DVD and Blu-Ray according to TV Guide On-Line.

The set will include the full second season, including three never-before aired episodes. Fans have been eagerly awaiting ABC’s announcement that these episodes would air on the network. So far, the Alphabet Network hasn’t scheduled the episodes.

The four-disc set (two discs for Blu-ray) will feature all 13 Season 2 episodes, as well as featurettes on creator Bryan Fuller’s vision, composer Jim Dooley’s music and the magic created by the visual effects team. You can pick up your copy for $39 on DVD and $49 for Blu-ray.

But where is the Eli Stone finale? I’m SO PISSED that they’re airing the final episodes on UK Sci-Fi but not in the US.
