  • “Timeline of the Planet of the Apes: The Definitive Chronology” commemorates the 40th anniversary of the “Apes” franchise, covering every film, television episode, cartoon, novel, comic, short story and audio-tale produced.
  • The one billion upgrade to digital cinemas may have to be delayed due to the downturn in the economy.
  • Presidents for the four major networks have asked the FCC to delay a decision on airwaves vacated by the switch to digital transmission next February.

  • We look at this weekend’s debut of “Legend of the Seeker. This new syndicated series from Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert is based on Terry Goodkind’s bestselling “Sword of Truth” novels.

  • Interview: Actor Craig Horner who plays Richard Cypher in the new syndicated series “Legend of the Seeker” is our guest this week. An Australian native, Craig had a recurring role on Lifetime’s “Monarch Cove” and has starred in several hit series in Australia. Craig talks about training for the sword fighting and horseback riding required for the series and how the popular novels are being adapted for the small screen.
