The continuing saga that is Michelle Rodriguez, former star of the ABC hit series “Lost,” continued this week with Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell ordering the actress to spend six months behind bars.

The sentence stems from her past arrest for D.U.I. and then failing to fulfill her court-ordered obligation of community service, which required the actress to work on street and highway cleaning detail and participate in the State’s alcohol monitoring program. Rodriguez has been on probation, and these lapses are considered a breaking of that probation, requiring her to go to the graybar hotel.

This will be Michelle’s second trip to jail. The first sentence was shortened to just a few days, but it is likely she will have to serve her full term for this violation.
