The wonderful Robert Picardo talks with us, taking time away from his hectic Comic Con schedule, and shares with us the news about his upcoming charity/auction/dinner event that he hosts in Las Vegas on August 12, 2007.
Robert also shares with us some great news concerning the future of his much loved character from Stargate SG-1, Mr. Richard Woolsey. Robert reminds us that this character didn’t start out being loved, but eventually mellowed and became a friend of the Stargate program and not its enemy.
Some of Robert’s future projects include voice work on the scifi animated adventure film “Quantum Quest: A Cassini Space Odyssey” where he shares voice duties with John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, the great James Earl Jones and many other find actors. He just wrapped on the movie “P.J.” a drama starring “Battlestar Galactica” alum John Heard and Vincent Pastore of “The Sopranos” fame.
Keeping very busy on and off the soundstage with cons, charity events and other important functions, Robert will also be seen in two other films yet-to-be-released. One is the action comedy “Ben 10: The Movie” and the other is “Universal Signs” where he will star alongside everyone’s favorite Lois Lane — Margot Kidder.
