Calling All Girls

May 24, 2006 By Kyle Nin 1 Comment

Both CBS and ABC have put out the casting call to all girls. The networks are wanting to replenish the cast of two of their hit shows, “Ghost Whisperer” and “LOST” in time for each show’s shooting schedule for next season’s airdates.

In the CBS ghost drama Aisha Tyler was killed off in a freak plane/car crash in the season finale while bad girls Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were quickly dispatched by Michael with the same gun.

WTF? Where is the new woman supposed to come from in Lost?

*bubbles up to the surface from the plane wreckage*

“I just finished my post-joint cigarette & was re-enabling the smoke detector when the plane crashed and I was knocked out. I was waiting for someone to rescue me, listening to tunes on my mp3 and doing my fear of flying xanex, drinking nicotine water & munching on power bars. if I hadn’t ran outa the water I would still be waiting. Anyone see a suitcase with a carton of Skydancer 100’s? Geez, y’all could rescue a girl. Lost? We’re lost here? That suks. Anyone want a xanex?”

As for Ghost Whisperer, pfft! I haven’t watched CBS since they Firefly-ed “Threshold”. There should be scifi police at the door of the CBS building, using force if necessary to turn away anyone pitching a scifi show. Only “Lost in Space” and “The Twilight Zone” ever made it past season 1 in CBSland. My mom watched CBS. Why does anyone go there?

It’s a shame, cause “Numbers” looked fun (saw about 3 episodes b4 the “Threshold” boycott).
