Max Page, better known as Little Vader from the Volkwagen Super Bowl commercial, has come through heart surgery and is recovering, according to People Magazine.
Page underwent surgery last Thursday for a congenital heart defect. His mother says that the surgery went well and that Page is recovering.
“Max had a great night,” his mother, Jennifer Page, said Sunday, according to a spokesperson for the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. “This morning, he is able to get himself out of bed and walk around a little bit.”
It’s another move forward on the road to recovery for Max, who was smiling, talking and giving his mom “the thumbs up” by Friday.
