As America awaits the debut of Lost Girl on SyFy next year, the series continues to be a success in Canada.
Currently airing its second season, the genre drama focusing on a succubus has been given the green light for a third season.
Lost Girl stars supernatural seductress Bo (Anna Silk; Being Erica, Billable Hours), a tough yet loveable Succubus who survives by feeding off sexual energy. She discovers she is one of the Fae, creatures of legend and folklore who live among humans. Bo refuses to choose an allegiance to either the Dark or Light Fae clans, as she embarks on a personal mission to unlock the secrets of her origin.
The series will debut on SyFy in January. You can get a glimpse of what it’s like below.

This is one hell of a show. Sexy, well acted, different and apparently not a mystery of the week like Grimm. Liked it immediately! Thanks for letting us know MIke!
Samuel Sloan says
I agree with Glenn’s above comment. I was pleasantly surprised that SyFy would think outside the box enough to come up with such a uniquely adult oriented scifi show. They almost did that with Being Human, but I suppose it’s earlier time slot didn’t allow them to go whole-hog adult, but Lost Girls does appear to succeed on several different levels of entertaining storytelling.

Except that SyFy did not “come up” with the concept of the show.
As the article says, it comes from Canada. It’s not a SyFy original series.
Denis
In Canada watching season 3 of Lost Girl.
