While we won’t get the first half of “The Deathly Hallows” in 3-D in theaters, we will be able to watch it in 3-D at home.
Warner Brothers will complete the 3-D conversion process for the film’s eventual Blu-Ray release. And they’re going back to convert the sixth installment “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” for Blu-Ray release as well.
No word yet on when the 3-D version of part six will hit stores.
The process will be overseen by the director of the film, David Yates and won’t hit shelves until 2011.
Ben Ragunton says
Actually “Order of the Phoenix” is the 5th installment. The 6th is “Half-Blood Prince.” I find it interesting that people still continue to get that wrong.
