Lucas Openly Admits Indy Is “…an old man”

George Lucas revealed very little to fans about Indiana Jones 4 in a recent MTV interview. He would only conclude that “Steve [Spielberg] and I are still working on the script.”

When pushed for a few more details, George only would continue the mantra, “We don’t know yet, because we haven’t got the script finished yet.”

Seems pretty clear that George is as clear as he usually has been over the last 30-odd plus years of his professional career and nearly seven decades of being a member of the human race. He was adamant about one thing however, speaking about the character of Indiana Jones and the man who has been the biggest international box office draw for over three decades, Harrison Ford, Lucas admitted the obvious, “Well, he’s an old man [and] that’all be in there.”
