The exhibition will showcase over 70 original artifacts used on set from seasons 1-4 plus select never-before-seen pieces from Season 5 premiering in April 2015. The collection includes magnificent costume displays; iconic artifacts such as model dragons; weaponry; House banners and more. Visitors will also have an opportunity to take a picture on the coveted Iron Throne.
This year’s mixtape weaves in the overarching theme of fire and ice, providing listeners with an exciting line-up of heavy metal and hip-hop artists. Volume 2 will feature Method Man, Snoop Dogg and Yandel and will transcend genres by adding Grammy-nominated metal bands Anthrax and Killswitch Engage to the mixtape lineup.
The music video, directed by Tim Grey, takes Sonya Belousova and her piano on a musical journey through the kingdoms of Westeros, with stunning visual effects and costumes that are simply amazing.
Given the amount of time it takes George R.R. Martin to craft and publish the next installment of A Song of Ice and Fire, it’s looking more and more likely that Game of Thrones will end before the final volume is published. Add in that the producers are saying they believe seven seasons of the show would be a good run for the series, that means the TV show could SPOIL the novels.
