Captain Awesome’s mom will make a return appearance this season on “Chuck”
Actor Ryan McPartlin confirmed the news that Morgan Fairchild will reprise her role as Honey Woodcomb in an upcoming episode. The character was last seen in the season two finale.
The guest stars continue to join the cast of “Chuck.”
We’ve already seen Olivia Munn as Greta on last week’s season premiere and tonight we’ll get Isaiah Mustafa (better known as the guy from the Old Spice commercials) in the rotating head of the Buy More role
And in the eighth episode of the season, former Terminator and Whedon-verse alum, Summer Glau will take over the role, according to EW’s Michael Ausiello.
The fourth season of “Chuck” kicks off tonight at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
The spy dramedy is one of our favorites here at Slice of SciFi and if you haven’t been watching, we encourage you to give it a try. As I said last season when the show came back, you can catch “House” on Hulu later since it’s likely the plot will be the same one it’s been the past six years (House and the crew misdiagnose the condition for the first fifty-five minutes and then come up with a wacky cure based on a random conversation with Wilson). And if you’re a football fan, you can miss the first half of Monday Night Football and be OK.
