One of video gaming’s biggest names is back.
Mario is back in an all-new game for the Nintendo Wii, reports USA Today.
The game, hitting stores this week, will be a side scrolling game along the lines of the classic hits that began the Nintendo craze so many years ago.
If you’ve got a modded X-Box console, you may find yourself locked out of your X-Box Live account.
Microsoft has begun locking out users who use a modded X-Box according to the BBC. The company cites its user agreement as the justification for locking out the users who have modded their gaming consoles.
The new video game “Call of Duty 2: Modern Warfare” has exploded onto the scene, selling 4.7 million copies in the United States and the United Kingdom on its first day, according to Variety.

Video game sales could see a drop for 2009 according to USA Today.
Analyst Michael Pachter of Wedbush Morgan Securities predicts the video game sector will lose seven percent of its sales for the year.
