Netflix is rating the companies for number of buffering delays, picture quality and ISP congestion. This new development literally calls them out in real time making those ISP’s take the walk of shame. Currently the Verizon broadband service has taken the biggest hit so far.
Eat that Comcast, Time Warner, Verizon and Cox.
