Tomorrow May 16th, starting at noon Eastern, NASA will be hosting a Google Hangout which will connect Star Trek Into Darkness and International Space Station crews in a conversation about how living and working on the ISS is turning science fiction into reality.
For NASA the participants are going to be astronaut Chris Cassidy aboard ISS and astronauts Michael Fincke and Kjell Lindgre at Johnson Space Center. From Into Darkness will be director J.J. Abrams, screenwriter and producer Damon Lindelof and stars Chris Pine, Alice Eve and John Cho.
The two crews will ask each other questions, as well as take questions from social media followers. NASA will take questions submitted by fans on YouTube, Google+, Twitter and Facebook using #askNASA.
