“Farscape” Alum Joining “Arrow”

Actor Ben Browder is no stranger to genre shows.   He’s been part of Farscape and Stargate SG1 as well as having guest roles on Chuck and Doctor Who.

Now he’s heading to the CW’s new hit series Arrow.

The actor’s been cast as the DC Comics character Ted Gaynor. He’ll make his debut in episode 11, where he comes between Oliver and Diggle’s budding partnership.

Gaynor and Diggle served together over in Afghanistan. At the time, Gaynor was his commanding officer. Now he’s in Starling City, working as a bodyguard for the Blackhawk Squad Protection Group.

  1. I’ve been a fan of Browder since Farscape, and I’ve enjoyed his appearances in other shows such as SG-1 and even Doctor Who. Having him now be a part of Arrow, and in such an intriguing role such as this, has me very excited for the possibilities of this series!!!
