Summer Brooks says
I saw a press screening of this last Tuesday, and while I hadn’t realized how tightly they were going to interweave the events of “Ultimatum” (and “Supremacy”) with “Bourne Legacy”, it was a wonderful setup, and knowing how Bourne was “created” leads to a refined process that was used to “create” Aaron, and seeing the results of that evolution on screen was fun.
I would actually go see this one again, because some things happened so fast, I know I missed a tidbit or two. And the door wasn’t just left open for sequels, the barn door was padlocked open, and for me, that’s a good thing.
Plus they left the shaky cam method in the truck, and thank goodness, because the action scenes are more visceral and enjoyable because of it.
I also understand the joke I saw on Twitter about how this movie could be seen as an alternate Hawkeye origin story 🙂
