Actor Christopher Eccleston in in talks to join the cast of Thor 2.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Eccleston would play the villain in the upcoming sequel.
Plot details are being kept in the farthest reaches of Valhalla, but Ellleston will play the ruler of the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim.
Eccleston has played the villain before–he was Destro in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.
