ABC has found its Beast.
According to Deadline, actor Chris Egan will take the lead role in the upcoming Beauty and the Beast reboot for ABC. The new series is re-imagining of the classic fairy tale where an embattled princess, Grace, discovers an unlikely connection with a mysterious beast.
ABC is hoping the series will be a companion to its hit series Once Upon a Time.
The series shouldn’t be confused with the CW reboot of Beauty and the Beast.
