Last month, George Takei took to the Internet to ask William Shatner and Carrie Fisher to bury the hatchet in their on-going, on-line fued and instead focus on the real enemy–the Twilight saga.
Shatner apparently won’t play along and has rejected the plea for peace.
In a video posted Monday on his YouTube channel, Shatner first aired a sampling of Takei’s own comments, and then gave his retort.
“No, no, no, George. You’re the greatest threat to equanimity and peacefulness,” Shatner said. “You’ve carried on a feud for all these years. You can’t just dissolve it in a matter of words. Retribution must be paid, George. I need retribution.”
