Twilight: Breaking Dawn, Part One is a hit not only in the U.S. where it’s ruled the box-office for the past two weekends, but also worldwide. In twelve days, the film has taken in over $500 million world wide.
Breaking Dawn has grossed $223.4 million in North America and $285 million internationally for a global total of $508.4 million. Domestically, it joins 11 other films that have hit $220 million in only 10 days.
