Composer Alan Silvestri has been tapped to write the music for next summer’s The Avengers.
Silvestri broke the news on his web site yesterday.
The composer wrote the score for this summer’s Captain America: The First Avenger and has composed dozens of scores for other high profile projects including Back to the Future, Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Forest Gump.
