While promoting her new movie Johnny English Reborn, actress Gillian Anderson says she’s ready and willing to reprise her role as Agent Dana Scully in a third X-Files movie.
“I hope it will happen, there’s talk of it,” she told Australian breakfast TV program Sunrise.
“I don’t know who’s writing it but I hear there’s something going on,” she said.
Anderson also says she thinks it would be fun for a spoof movie of the popular franchise to get the green light and if it does she would sign up for it as well.
I would like to see one more big screen adventure.
It would be funny if they had the Lone Gunmen in an x-files spoof as well.
