We’ve heard rumors that Marvel is ready to bring some of its comic books to life on TV When that happens, actor Clark Gregg can think of one good place to start–a series based on S.H.I.E.L.D.
“In a lot of ways, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Coulson really lend themselves to a TV show because it’s normal people,” Gregg tells MTV News. “It’s real people dealing with extraordinary things.”
He went on to speculate that a series could be similar to The X-Files.
Gregg also added that Coulson will continue on in the adapted Marvel universe.
“It’s been revealed today that I’m already doing ‘Ultimate [Spider-Man],’ ” the actor explained, “which is about Spider-Man and a couple other soon-to-be-released Marvel superheroes who are hiding out undercover in a high school in New York, and Agent Coulson is hiding out as their principal, keeping an eye on them and taking things way too seriously.”

This is not a bad idea, but the right folks have to get it done or it'll go by way of other poorly done and represented comic adaptations...
