"Green Lantern" Earns $3.4 Million at Midnight Screenings

While it's being savaged by critics, the long awaited Green Lantern did solid business at midnight showings across the country.

The superhero epic sold $3.4 million in tickets for late-night showings, according to the Hollywood Reporter. That's on par with midnight showings for X-Men: First Class and slightly better than Thor.
