The footage is nothing new. This footage of Hitler addressing his advisers has been used many, many times before to express displeasure with one thing or another.
The latest victim is DC and their reboot of the entire line of comics.

That footage may have been around for sometime, but it's the first time I've ever seen it (with only a few exceptions I'm not much of a fan of WWII movies), but I do like the message in the subtitles.
