Actress Colbie Smulders, best known for her work on TV’s “How I Met Your Mother,” is in discussions to play a SHIELD agent in Joss Whedon’s “The Avengers.”
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Smulders will play a key member of the espionage agency SHIELD, run by Nick Fury. It’s also reported that the character could feature in future Marvel Studios productions post-”Avengers.” Reports indicate the character could feature in as many as nine films from Marvel Studios.
Smulders auditioned for the role last week, along with Morena Baccarin Jessica Lucas and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Smulder would join Scarlett Johansson (as the Black Widow), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Chris Evans (Captain America), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor).
Filming on “The Avengers” begins in April.

Good choice.
I think she's probably one of the hottest actresses in TV right now.
I would say her beauty is legend ary!
