"Dragon 2" Will Have a Big Story

How do you top “How to Train Your Dragon?”

Go bigger and better, says producer Tim Johnson.

Johnson says that he and and the team behind the first installment are preoccupied with making sure the sequel is as good as, if not better than, the original.

“So, [writer/director Dean DeBlois] had a big pitch to people just two weeks ago, almost right before I came, and now everybody is trying to figure out how we would pull off that story,” said Johnson. “And we’re so worried, I mean it really is about taking a look at the story and the sets and the new characters he’s proposing we meet and figuring out if we can get it all done.”

The next installment is due to hit theaters in 2013.
