The guest cast for the two-part, partially-filmed in America season premiere of “Doctor Who” keeps getting larger. We already know that Marc Shepard and Alex Kingston will be involved in the story.
Now comes news that actor Stuart Milligan will join the two-part Steven Moffat penned season opener.
No word yet on who Milligan will play. The actor is no stranger to “Doctor Who.” He provided the voice for a character in the “Dreamland” animated storyline for the series.
Other cast members confirmed for the two episodes include “The Damned United” actress Sydney Wade, “Highlander” star Peter Banks and Ricky Fearon, who previously appeared in “Torchwood” episode, ‘To the Last Man’.

You mean Mark Sheppard, not Marc Shepard. I don't know who Marc Shepard is. But Mark Sheppard is an actor who has appeared in many different TV shows over the years, like "Battlestar Galactica", "Leverage", "Warehouse 13", "24", "Dollhouse", "Firefly", etc.
He's also the son of actor William Morgan Sheppard who appeared in Star VI, ST:TNG, and most recently the reboot of Star Trek.
