Since the game released earlier this week, users have been experiencing PU spikes and intermittent lag in both the campaign and multiplayer modes of the game, according to PC Gamer.
Multiplayer design director David Vonderhaar has said that Treyarch is aware of the issue but has yet to confirm details of a patch.
Yesterday players were told to report issues with the game so that the development team could work on bug fixes faster.
