Caprica Season 1.0 -- A Slice of SciFi DVD Review

Love it or hate it, "Battlestar Galactica" was a huge hit for SciFi. So, when Ron Moore announced that he'd decided to wrap it up after four seasons, it's easy to see why the network would want to continue to offer viewers the chance to revisit the universe.

That led to "Caprica," a prequel series looking at the creation of the Cylons some seventy-odd years before the events of "Battlestar Galactica."

ABC Sets "V" Return Date, Could Be Developing New "Hulk" Series

A couple of interesting tid-bits from the alphabet network today.

"Jackass 3-D" Tops Box Office

The combination of insane stunts and 3-D was box-office gold over the weekend as "Jack-Ass 3-D" took in $50.0 million and secured the top spot at the box office. Even more impressive was that the opening was a fall and October record. (Given how much of the film was previewed on-line, it's hard to believe there was anything left as a surprise once audiences got to theaters...)
