At this point, it’s almost news when a movie decides it doesn’t want to film in 3-D.
MTV reports that production on “Ghost Rider 2″ will begin this fall in Romania and that the sequel will be shot in 3-D.
Actor Nicholas Cage has long expressed a desire to see the next installment take place in Europe and it appears he’s getting his wish. Reports indicate that the movie, subtitled “Spirit of Vengeance” will take place in Europe.
“I’ll be filming it in Romania, which is exciting, since that’s where Dracula’s castle is,” Cage says. “The Ghost Rider has to ride up to Dracula’s castle.”

And how is this "3D Rage"?
It's being shot in 3-D. Any movie made in 3-D for no good reason (as is the case here) qualifies for 3-D rage....
These 3-D Rage posts are making you guys lose credibility. Sure it can be a gimmick but that doesn't mean that every movie made in 3D bad.....maybe it will add something to some of these films
I doubt that Ghost Rider being in 3D will add anything of importance to the experience. Good use of 3D can add some nice but not really necessary touches to a movie. You have to go the route James Cameron did in Avatar to get a truly immersive experience. However, even that approach can't make a weak story better or give cliché characters more depth and believability.
I would say this is more an example of 3D desperation. The producers are desperately hoping making Ghost Rider 2 in 3D will bring in more money. I wish them good luck with that...Not.
