I hated when Jane Seymour's character was killed. I don't think they ever had anyone on the show as hot as her again. Even with the 70's hair, Egyptian helmets and disco balls this show had so much more potential then what was actually delivered. Every once in a while they would have a strong episode but it usually made what came later seem even worse. I guess the best thing about the original BSG is it inspired other writers to take TV science fiction to a higher level. Yeah, the plot is a bit weak in places and it's very late 70's TV, but I still love this series. Lorne Green is great too.
