While Nicholas Cage will be back for “Ghost Rider 2,” his female lead from the first film won’t. Actress Eva Mendes says she won’t be back for the sequel.
“No, I think ‘Ghost Rider’ had its moment,” she told MTV. “I don’t know about a sequel, but I don’t think it needs one.”
That’s not to say that Mendes didn’t have fun filming the original “Ghost Rider” movie, of course.
“I think it was a great experience, and I was so proud of it. It was fun… but I think it’s done,” she said. “But look, hey, if it’s Nicolas Cage again — I’ll do anything with him.”
