For those of you who just can’t wait a second longer to get your tickets to “Twilight: Eclipse” (and you know who you are), we have good news.
Tickets go on-sale Thursday at midnight. Fandango and MovieTickets will begin selling tickets to the third installment in the sparkly vampire saga Thursday at midnight. The tickets will go on sale six weeks before the next segment opens in theaters on June 30.
However, if you want to go and purchase a ticket at your local theater’s box office, you’ll have to wait. Those won’t go on pre-sale for a few more weeks.
Fandango asked 14,000 respondents to name the summer pic they were most looking forward to, and 36% picked “Eclipse.”
“The latest trailer has gotten great buzz among the fan sites as there’s clearly a lot more fast-paced action this time around,” Fandango spokesman Harry Medved said. “There’s also great curiosity about seeing some of ‘The Twilight Saga’s’ new characters coming to life on the big screen for the first time.”
