They have dropped so many interesting story lines and,in the end, seem to be heading for the cliche ending that I was afraid of ever since we heard of "Jakob" - gosh I hope I'm wrong - (anybody else remember "The Howling Man" from the 1960 Twilight Zone). I've just got so much time invested that I have to watch it all the way to the end. When the writers were at Dragon*Con a couple of years back, they absolutely promised that all the open threads would be tied up. Too bad. I'm to the point where I just wish they would get it overwith.
