Blizzard Entertainment has set the release date for one of the most anticipated games of the year.
“Starcraft 2″ will be available for PC and Mac on July 27.
“We’ve been looking forward to revisiting the “Starcraft” universe for many years, and we’re excited that the time for that is almost here,” says Mike Morhaime, CEO of Blizzard Entertainment, in a statement.
Players can purchase a standard version of the game for $59.99, or a Collector’s Edition featuring a 2 GB flash drive pre-loaded with the original game for $99.99.
