Third Nolan "Batman" Won't Be In 3-D

With a lot of third installments in movie franchises rushing to jump on the 3-D bandwagon, it's nice to hear that at least one third movie won't be resorting to the 3-D gimmick.
According to cinematographer Wally Pfister, who worked on Christopher Nolan's "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight," Nolan isn't in any hurry to embrace 3-D. And that extends to the third Batman installment which is due in 2012.

Based on a upcoming young-adult science fiction book by James Frey and Jobie Hughes, actors Teresa Palmer, Alex Pettyfer and Sharlto Copley have joined the cast.

Cartoon Network has announced plans that it will bring Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the entire Looney Tunes gang to a new generation via a rebooted animated project.
The series, called "The Looney Toons Show," will bring Bugs and Duffy "out of the woods" and put them into a suburban setting. The network said the show will feature "cartoons within cartoons" as part of the half-hour format.
