A failed franchise and 3D, can it get any better than this?!

  6. guardianali says:

Its not a failed franchise...the first movie was great and did great in the box office and DVDs...the second nto as good and did only well cause of peoples expectations coming from the first....
Basically it did good enough money wise to warrant a third..hence its not a 'failure'.
If they get the writer from the first one and not the second..they may do ok.

I probably won't go to the theatre to see this just to tell the producers I don't want it in 3D, but I'll definitely rent the DVD when it comes out. As long as Smith and Jones keep their relationship the same, this movie should be good for at least a few laughs and one liners!

  8. KG from DC says:

The first one was pretty good and very entertaining, the second was 90 minutes of uninspired drek... so hopefully they can rekindle what they lost in the 2nd movie.

    Failed franchise? Not even close.

That distinction belongs to the Terminator series... and possibly the Bond series as well.

I for one cant wait for this movie to come out.
