Run for it, Marty!
This is the show where our loyal, adoring, and inquisitive fans and listeners get to hear us comment on their comments about our stories and comments… it’s the Circle of Entertainment Life!
We do want to hear your comments and feedback… No, really, we do! Pay no attention to how much Mike grumbles about them — you know, that guy sitting in the dark corner with all of the blinky lights, the knobs and the scotch.
This week, Mike, Brian and Tim respond to your questions and comments, and remember, there could be SPOILERS at any moment!

The VM about Craig Ferguson’s Scottish robot was not being able to say it’s name like “That Scottish Play” – in reference to the theater superstition.

Spartacus is on Starz.
Cross Knights says
I should really listen to the end of the podcast before posting…
Brian Brown says
Locutus – AH! now I understand!
CK – Yeah, I didn’t realize the logo is ALL OVER the beginning of the episodes. I usually just fast forward and obviously don’t pay that close of attention…. OH SHINY!
Michael Mennenga says
Don’t beat up Brian too much… It took me a moment to realize it as well.
I think the big disconnect for us is that Stars has never really done a mini-series that got our attention before. I mean… Stars… Isn’t that the pay channel you get for subscribing to a REAL pay channel? 😉

Iron Man was one of the few movies I went to see on the big screen. I really liked it, and was planning on buying a copy (after an appropriate amount of time to allow for the various director/special/extended editions to shake out). Watching the rental when it came out changed my mind.
The movie had a novelty factor that for me faded, thus making the second viewing kind of boring (not much action, too much time building suit 1 and too much time building suit 2).
I’m hoping Iron Man 2 will be an improvement (i.e. has lasting power), as the number of movies I’m willing to re-watch is quite small, and I would love to add to that list.
