If Joss Whedon and company can find a way to bring back Penny for the next installment of “Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog,” actress Felicia Day says she’s ready and willing to be there.
“You know, I’m always socially involved with the Whedon clan, because they’re awesome and they love to have soirees,” Day tells SciFi Wire. “I e-mail back and forth all the time.”
“I’m a writer as well,” she said. “I know how hard it is to fall in love with a character and want to bring them back, but maybe not have the right moment for it. Listen, if they bring me back, I will do anything, but other than that, I know that they’ll do a best effort for bringing me back and including me.”
“I know that they are definitely working on it,” Day said. “I feel like every time I talk about it it’s like, ‘Give me something new,’ and I don’t have anything new to say other than I know that it’s a priority.”
I always though they could bring her back as a villain... "Bad Penny" because as we all know a bad penny always turns up!
Even less likely to watch it now . . . don't want to watch her get killed again.
