The answer is yes.
Mitchell confirmed to SciFi Wire that she will be heading back to Hawaii to reprise her role in the next couple of weeks.
“I can’t say doing what, because I get the script in a couple days. … It might be for the finale. It will be towards the end, yeah,” she said.
Mitchell said that with work wrapped up on the first season of “V” she won’t have to fly back and forth from Hawaii as she did when she was filming scenes on both shows last year.

In a show that features flashbacks, hallucinations, shape shifters, ghosts, and an out and out alternate reality, does anyone REALLY consider it a “spoiler” that an actress who plays a supposedly dead character will be back? It’d be more of a spoiler if she wasn’t!
