“Scibblenauts” Sequel Arriving Later This Year
If you can’t get enough of the Nintendo DS game “Scribbleanuts” we have good news–a sequel to the popular game is coming out later this year.
Warner Bros. Interactive announced that it will publish a sequel to the popular game later this year reports USA Today.
The sequel will introduce an adjective system to expand upon the game’s list of thousands of available objects.
In a press release, Warner Bros. says the adjectives “can change the color, size, elements, behaviors and many other aspects of the object they are describing.”
The platformer featured a series of puzzles players would solve by conjuring up any object using a notepad. The challenges often involved players trying to snag a star in a particular level.
While the game was incredible inventive and creative, one of its major hangups was moving lead character Maxwell using the DS stylus. At times, it felt quite awkward.
The second Scribblenauts is scheduled to hit stores this fall.
