"Wolverine 2" Will Shoot in January

Hugh Jackman is ready to don the famous claws and haircut and production is set for “Wolverine 2″ to begin filming early next year.

Cinema 411 reports that a script for “Wolverine 2″ has been finalized and that filming will begin next January in Japan. The production doesn’t yet have a director, but that should be done in the next few months.

Based on a story cycle by Frank Miller and Chris Claremont, Wolverine’s adventures in martial arts will be a love story featuring a Japanese actress.

“It’s a beautiful story,” says a source, “and will be very different than the first film.”

basing it on Frank Miller's work is a good sign. The first Wolverine wasn't that bad for a comic book movie and they managed to create a Gambit that I didn't hate.

That was a terrible movie and I was so dissappointed by the mute Deadpool. I'll catch this on HBO. However, I thought "Van Helsing" was fun, I'd like to see that sequel. At least it didnt take itself too seriously.
